Faith’s turning four – meaning she’s ready to start Preschool next Fall. We enrolled in one of the schools a few minutes by us since they have a FREE Preschool program, no income verification, etc.
I got her registered in May and then found out at the end of the month that the Preschool program has been cancelled.
I was referred to another Preschool, also within a mile or so of us. Faith’s all registered again. At first, I was told it’s also a FREE program but then they requested income verification. They have the paperwork now, with the exception of Faith’s 4 yr old Physical. I just spoke with the secretary at the school, and she said we’ll have to pay about $3.45 a day, which comes to about $106 a month!
That’s awesome so I said if Faith gets in, I’ll pay the fee. I’ve tried searching out other Preschools and the fee is so much higher. Now I just hope Faith gets in since we’re on the 2nd priority list.
While I really love the Derma E products, I have come to the conclusion that their moisturizer is too light for me since I have dry skin. I’m going back to my Wei East Silk line. It is the best moisturizer I’ve found – even though I think it clog my pores sometimes. Derma E’s cleanser and scrub are top of the line though!
This past weekend, I lagged off my exercise routine. I stayed home and didnot work out at all! I’m so mad at myself. I got back in line yesterday and today but still…as for the weight, the scale at work said 130 lbs, meaning my digital one is off by ounces.

I can’t wait till my daughter turns 4, so I can send her to school and I’ll have time for myself to breath. Hope it goes well and best of luck to Faith. I hope she’ll enjoys it and be motivated to learn.

Ah, good luck with your daughter going into pre-school! It can be a hard time both for parents and for their kids but I am sure she will have a good time. I never have time for exercise either, hehe, so I haven’t even registered at a gym!

dianna, time does flies huh? i’m already feeling this little heart-ache thinking of when they’re all grown up and no more babies for me to hold.
cynthia, she’ll be going to school before you know it.
laura, i have a feeling it’s going to be harder for me than for her. she’s been asking to go to school for almost a year now. as for the gym, i simply have no motivation to go. it is so much easier for me to just pop a dvd in and work out to it. plus no membership fees.
