when brosnan was james bond, the only one i saw was “tomorrow never dies” because of michelle yeoh. i didn’t care much for james bond or his movies.

when the bourne movies came out though, i thought they were great! the actions were gritty and intense. plus matt damon was a very believable jason bourne.

in the last week, i got a chance to watched the two new bond movies with daniel craig. i liked them…much better than the brosnan one. i wasn’t so sure craig would fit the bond character but he did, in my opinion and played a badass one too.

then something clicked – the new bond is very similar to that of jason bourne. if you’ve seen the movies, you’ll know what i’m talking about. i only remember watching the first part of bourne and the last but their fighting and chasing methods parallel each other.

i wasn’t too fond of “quantum of solace” but “casino royale” was great. i’m looking forward to viewing all bourne movies again in blu ray. i placed an order from amazon.co.uk for them and they should be here monday or tuesday at the latest.
